Passed down from mother to daughter, generation after generation, the marzipan flower has always been a typical handicraft of the town of almond trees, Zouk Mikael. The recipe is quite simple: flowers all crafted in almond paste, battered with sugar, sprinkled with orange flower water and high-quality rose water and scattered with a bit of magic.

Our Marzipan is handmade and we are keen on offering you first quality artisanal products developed according to scientific standards with absolutely no additives.

In addition to all the models we offer, our decorators can create and customize almost any design you desire. If you can dream it, we can make it! You just have to call our custom cake line or email your idea to us. The rest is totally up to us!

Some items are almost always available but others are upon request. If you would like your customized marzipan delivered on time, please place your order at least 5 days in advance.
