Bees also produce a compound called propolis from the sap of trees. They combine the sap with their own secretions and beeswax, to create a sticky, greenish-brown product used as a protective antibacterial coating for their hives. Propolis contains more than 300 compounds. The majority are flavonoids.
In this mix you will take the benefits of honey combined with antioxidants that helps fighting heart diseases, and works as an anti-inflammatory, and can play a big role in reducing cancer.
Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon per day
