Our beehives are placed in the forest mountains of Lebanon, where Cedars trees are available, on an elevation between 1300m and 1900m between June and September where cedars dew, fir, thistles and wild summer flowers are in full bloom. This honey is a fusion between honey dew and nectar honey.
