The white wine of Chateau Trois Collines presents a minerality characteristics in the nose followed by fruity and herbal hints. Rich mouth feeling and elegant at the same time. Its creamy texture makes an excellent balance with the dry bone crispiness and the high acidity of the Assyrtiko. Full bodied, concentrated wine with finesse complexity and long aftertaste.
We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 10 ° C and 12 ° C in 2 to 5 years to enjoy the best of its flavors.
Ideal for pairings with fish fillet roasted or poached, pasta in white sauce, white cheeses.
